Event check-in is an immediate and integral part of any event. Our team used A QR code based check-in system to speed up check-in process of Chief Executive Summit on Quality Education. The guest were required to show the QR code at the entrance and our staff helped scan the pass to record their attendance. We setup five counters to assist with the process and 800 audiences could successfully enter the venue in 30 minutes.
